As your kids grow, they change. They have different personal, school, and social pressures that often result in confusion and fear. They don’t know how to express their feelings and tell you about their pain. Since they don’t know how to communicate their feelings effectively, they act them out. This behavior confuses and upsets parents.

As parents, we often believe that if we could come up with the right punishment, the bad behavior would end. Without the proper approach, their behavior tends to escalate. Kids will then lie more often, turn to drugs, alcohol, porn, or become consumed in video games. This gives them a short period of peace. It’s a break from their pain but does not solve their problems.

In this module, you will learn:

  • How to recognize behavior as communication
  • How to teach your kids good skills so they can take responsibility for their lives
  • How to help them learn to make better life choices
  • What tools exist that enable them to take reasonable risks
